Galileo Minigel Systems

Galileo offers three different sized mini-gel devices and two gel casting options.

Note that Galileo mini-gel accessories, including trays and combs, also fit many other gel units from other suppliers.

buffer recirculation options -

All units can be ordered with buffer ports as an option. In addition, the 1214 unit now can be ordered with a built-in automatic buffer recirculation system, that require no additional attachments. See the link for more information on the new Galileo auto-recirc systems.

gel casting options -

These Galileo mini-gel units all feature end-gasketed RapidCast gel trays for quick, tape-free gel casting. When rotated 90 degrees from the normal run position, these trays will form a leak-proof seal against the sides of the unit's buffer chamber. RapidCast casting units are also available for casting gels outside the unit. In addition, standard flush-cut trays featuring longer run lengths for increased sample resolution are also available for all units. Click the link for more information on casting.
