Galileo automatic buffer recirculation reduces detrimental ion and pH gradients in your buffer, encourages even migration of nucleic acids, and is ideal for long running gels. Buffer recirculation can also prevent glyoxalated RNA from dissociating in the presence of ion gradients.

The system is simple and self contained. A trapping system captures hydrogen bubbles created by electrolysis of the buffer at the cathode (-) end of the unit. As these bubbels move up the canted recirculation tube, they carry buffer along with them and provide a gentle and reliable recirculation system. This system is self regulating and no additional tubing or pumps are required. |
